3rd-6th Grade Girls Volleyball 2018 - Fall 2018

This is a recreational volleyball league for girls in the 3rd-6th grades that attend or reside in the Bethel School District. Participants are placed on teams by grade and school. Each team will practice twice a week and will be scheduled for 7-8 games in local BSD gyms. Teams are coached by registered parent volunteers. 

Practices will be held on weeknights and begin the week of September 17.  Practice nights are based on volunteer coach scheduling. Parents will be contacted after the coaches meeting which will be held Sept. 10.

Games will be held on Saturdays and begin on Saturday, October 6-November 3.

COST:  $55 

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:  August 28 Extended

IMPORTANT: Please make every effort to register by the registration deadline.  Late registration may result in the player not playing with their school or possibly not playing at all.  To register late: (after Aug. 28) you must sign up on the wait list and placement is not guaranteed. A late fee of $10 will be issued after the registration deadline.

Frequently Asked Questions
  • Can special team requests be made?: No, there are no special requests. Participants are placed on teams by their grade and by their school. If there are not enough players from one school, schools will be combined.
  • When will practices start?: Practice times will be set up by your coach and you will be notified after the coaches meeting on September 10. If you have not heard from a coach by Monday, September 17 call your coordinator.
  • When and where are games held?: All games will be played at Bethel School District school gyms. Each team will be scheduled 7-8 games. Games will begin Saturday, October 6th and will be scheduled through November 3rd.
  • What equipment do players need to have?: Players will need to have their own knee pads. Team t-shirts will be provided by Bethel Recreation.
  • What do the players wear for uniforms?: All players must wear the Bethel Rec. issued t-shirts. Shirts will be available by the first game unless you registered late. No jeans.
  • Are there going to be team pictures?: It is up to each coach to schedule their own team pictures with our photographer. Bethel Rec. team picture dates will be scheduled the first two Saturdays during the season.

  • What do we do if we need a refund?: All refund requests must be submitted by the first game on an official cancellation/refund request form. These forms can be found on our website at bethelrec.org.
